Both. We sell wholesale to restaurants, fast-food chains, caterers, and distributors at special bulk pricing, and we also serve retail customers for smaller quantities.

Retail orders have no minimum. For wholesale pricing, the minimum invoice is agreed with our sales team based on the product and volume — contact us to confirm.

Yes. You can visit our warehouse in Isfahan to inspect and pick up your order directly. Contact us for the warehouse address and working hours.

For shipments outside Isfahan the freight is pas-kera (paid on delivery) via freight carrier, and depends on the weight of the cargo and your city. Inside Isfahan we offer fast courier delivery, calculated at checkout.

Inspect the cargo at delivery. If it is damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery slip (بارنامه) in front of the driver and notify us within 48 hours with photos. If the claim is accepted, we will replace the goods or refund their price.
